Mindful Living Program

Looking for support that puts you first?

Our Mindful Living Program supports people with psychosocial disability who want flexible, person-centered care to maintain independence, build connections, and engage in community life. Our trained staff work closely with you to understand your needs and goals, providing compassionate, skilled support. We know mental health barriers can impact daily life, so our programs focus on practical skills, social inclusion, and meaningful engagement tailored to you.

How We Support

Mindful Living is a supportive space shaped by your interests and goals. Through creative, sensory-based activities like art, cooking, music, gardening, and gentle outings, the program supports mental wellbeing, confidence, and connection.

Engage with your community in ways that feel right for you. From volunteering and events to low-pressure group outings, we make participation possible and enjoyable. 

Our programs are built around:

  • Connection – build friendships, reduce isolation, and stay socially active.
  • Purpose – explore your interests, try new things, and grow at your own pace.
  • Independence – build daily living and decision-making skills.
  • Wellbeing – manage stress, stay active, and find balance in everyday life.

Mindful Living operates Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays 11:00 am to 1:30 pm.
