At SkillsConnection, we’re dedicated to helping people achieve their goals, discover their path, and live meaningful, independent lives through personalised support services and purposeful, rewarding work. Our strategic direction is shaped by an objective business planning process, with the strategic plan reviewed as needed and formally every three years.

Organisational Structure

SkillsConnection operates through a clear and accountable structure to deliver high-quality services:

  • Board of Management: Provides governance, oversight, and strategic leadership for the organisation.
  • Chief Executive Officer (CEO): Leads overall operations and ensures delivery of strategic objectives.
  • Senior Managers: Oversee key organizational functions to ensure effective operations, compliance with regulations, and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Area Managers: Responsible for key organisational functions and program development.
  • Program Coordinator: Oversee specific service areas and ensure programs are delivered to a high standard.
  • Disability Support Professionals: Deliver day-to-day services and personalised support to participants.
