We prefer to prevent issues arising in the first place but if you do have something that requires resolution, please let us know.

They say that a person with a compliment tells three people but a person with a complaint tells ten.  At SkillsConnection, we work towards having a person with a compliment telling ten people.

We love good new stories too.  It’s good for the morale of staff and we know for a fact that happy staff work well.
