While we prefer candidates with experience and qualifications in disability and/or aged care, we welcome applicants who are new to the sector and willing to learn and pursue relevant qualifications.

Our diverse range of programs and support packages allows us to offer flexible work opportunities that suit a variety of lifestyles, personal interests, and talents.

Successful applicants will begin on a casual or probationary basis.

Those who demonstrate strong performance and alignment with our values after the qualifying period may be offered a contract position.

Alternatively, you may choose to remain part of our casual staff pool.

Please note that pre-employment security screening, as well as drug and alcohol testing, will be required.

Team Leader

SkillsConnection is seeking a qualified and experienced Support Coordinator to lead our Support Coordination team and help deliver high-quality, person-centred services to NDIS participants.

About the Role

This leadership role involves supervising a team of Support Coordinators, managing a caseload, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality, person-centred support. You will provide guidance, mentoring, and contribute to continuous improvement across the program.

Key Selection Criteria

  • Experience in Support Coordination or a similar NDIS role
  • Strong understanding of the NDIS and person-centred practice
  • Proven leadership and/or mentoring experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant qualification in Disability, Social Work or a related field
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check (WWCC), and a valid driver’s licence
